Peanut Butter-Banana Green Smoothie

  1. This sounds easy and fast. I get up at 5 and leave the house at 5:45. Sometimes I don't get a morning break until 10 or 11 and by that time I have already put in a strenuous 4 or 5 hours,(I'm a nurse)so breakfast has been a real challenge. I'm going to try this, so thanks. I'll let you know how it works out.

    1. Wow! Kudos to you. Sometimes I have a boiled egg between breakfast and lunch if I am extra ravenous, but the PB in this one seems to help tie me over. The protein will stick around a little longer. It's great backpacking food so assume it might be good nurse food as well?
