I wish I would have known about the buttermilk pie when we were ordering, it's my favorite. I've decided at the moment on this order of favoritism: 1) brisket, 2) andouille, 3) lamb. But it's so close. I'm kinda sad we missed the eater, looks entertaining. My staff loved the story of our sausage innuendo one liners. Pretty funny, we'll see if it makes it through the editing. :)
