  1. I have a loquat that produced fruit for the first time this spring. I made "jam" out of them and used that as a base for a red onion relish to braise rabbit. It was awesome! Tuna would be great with loquat, too. I'll have to try this next year.

  2. Coming in a little late but, great post! Loquats are in full swing just now in Northern California. Just about to make liqueur, pondering pate de fruits, and after your raving about the chutney, ready to try that as well. Excited!
