  2. I finally made this--and loved it. High praise considering I don't like broccoli. :) I had way too much for just me, so froze the leftovers in single serving containers. I was worried how it would reheat, but all was good.
    I also just posted it to a FB thread for a friend, so if you see some hits from OK, that's why.

Ok, the only difference between this recipe and mine is I add 2 beers to the sauteed veggies and reduce by half before adding stock (and no mustard but it will next time) bringing to about the simmer level for adding cheese. I added the cheese EXACTLY as you prescibe and it still ended up a bubblegum textured mess. I used a preshredded store brand chedder.... Is it the cheese or....?
